Bad smell in the room.

The breakfast was nice hot, the staff was excellent, the grounds were fairly clean. The food was outstanding, with variety of options. Coffee and a writing table in our superior queen room were useful during stay.

Hip new hotel.

The hotel is clean with warm breakfasts and efficient stuff. The location marvellous and perfectly comfortable in the heart of Armenia close to everything. Simple check-in, parking onsite. Outdoor bar and nice pool.

The venue is fairly clean, with good location adjacent to great restaurants, shopping centers and the restaurant, which features a great view over the city. The staff are efficient, the breakfast is warm and extensive. Nothing to complain about, we would love to go back.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control. The service was excellent, I had 19 nice nights here. Professional staff, provided information if needed.

Our room had an amazing view of the city and was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. we had a great stay at Mocawa Plaza.

Our rooms were spotless and airy with 2 large double beds and large bathrooms, for example. The food was fresh with plenty of alternatives. The staff was nice and welcoming and provided excellent service.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, just a short walk away from Alexander Von Humboldt University. We had new-fashioned, spotless room with a king bed and large bathrooms, as example.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel's outdoor bar and swimming pool on the roof were a definite highlight, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the incredible scenery.

the lack of English-speaking staff was frustrating, as it made communication difficult at times. the breakfast options were limited, with a lack of variety and choice.

Real good stay, as always. Everything was perfect, clean hotel, unbeatable and magnificent location to everything in Armenia. Reasonably large and airy room with a king bed, large bathrooms. The staff - excellent and truly outstanding. Lots of products for a good hot and extensive breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff here were amazing, always ready to help when needed. Our room was sparkling clean, and the facilities were great too. We had room service which was prompt and delicious, and housekeeping was fantastic. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing, as was the spa and wellness centre. We especially loved the sun loungers on the sun terrace.

We really recommend this hotel to families.
